If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Exclusive Glo.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the service – website.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Exclusive Glo, accessible from https://exclusiveglo.com/shop/
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Exchange or Return for a Refund

The products can be returned within 10 days after they have been received. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

If you have not received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of these and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@exclusiveglo.com

To be eligible, please make sure that:

-The product is in its original packaging

-The product is not used or damaged

We do not accept any request of exchange & return once the item is on “final sale”.

Can I have a full refund for the return?

We will offer full refund of the items you returned. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Purchase Not Eligible for Return:

-Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear and underwear are not eligible for return or exchange. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item. You must email us a picture showing the defect when submitting the return/exchange request.

Flash sale, Baby items, Bustiers & Corsets, Teddies, Bras &Bra Sets, Panties, Shapewear, Stockings, Nude Bra, Special offer, Jewelry are not covered by warranty and non-returnable.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

After you receive confirmation from our customer service, please send the product along with the product list which includes the product ID. A tracking No. of the returning parcel is required; we will deal with the product exchange or refund after we get your returning parcel.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Order Cancellation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit an order cancellation request here once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

Clearance Activities Products!

Clearance products do not support return and exchange!

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

    • The Goods were purchased in the last 15 days after you received the items
    • The Goods are in the original packaging
    • The Product isn’t used or damaged
    • The Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
    • The item on Sale can be returned, as long as it meets the above four conditions

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regularized Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on final sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should contact us before you return the goods.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
